Using the Estimates Screen

This screen is displayed by tapping Estimates in the EasyBooks menu. The screen lists the total value of all outstanding estimates to each customer (this is, the value of all estimates that have not yet been converted into sales). From this screen, you can

  • Add new estimates.
  • Create sales from estimates.
  • Create PDF estimates.


  • The screen contains two tabs. You can use these to list all customers, or only those who have outstanding estimates.
  • This screen is available only if you have at least one customer defined in the Customers screen.
  • You can tap imark to access the customer's details, as set up in the the Customers screen.
