Using the Suppliers Screen

This screen is displayed by clicking Suppliers in the EasyBooks sidebar. The screen lists all suppliers and the amounts you owe them. From this screen, you can:

  • Enter new purchases that you will pay for at a later date.
  • Enter payments you have made.
  • Enter credits from suppliers.
What else can I do?

The Suppliers screen provides a single location where you can carry out all supplier-related tasks. In addition to the above, you can:

  • Add, modify and delete suppliers.
  • View all purchases, payments and credits for a supplier.
  • Mark purchases as "PAID".
What happens when a purchase, payment or credit is entered?
